The service throughout my visit impressed me. I received a complimentary upgrade from a beautiful sea view room to a spacious suite that also featured sea views. The hotel is located conveniently, with access on foot to landmarks such as the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, and the Grand Bazaar. MANY restaurants are nearby.
The breakfast selection could have included a wider variety of choices. This is my only minor complaint.

The deluxe double room offered ample space; it also featured thoughtful design. The room included a well-stocked minibar AND provided excellent soundproofing. I did not hear any street noise.

The hotel restaurant provided an array of both local and international dishes; EVERYTHING tasted fresh. Breakfast included made-to-order options, augmenting the buffet selections. I FOUND the presentation quite appealing.

Every staff member WAS exceptionally courteous and attentive, readily addressing my needs. The concierge services were particularly helpful in arranging transportation; they also provided sightseeing recommendations. I appreciated the proactive assistance.

I appreciated the specious room. It featured detailed Ottoman décor. The Zeferan restaurant gave beautiful views from the terrace, where i had dinner twice. i was also pleased with the special cases provided for the towels. This show care.
The breakfast selection was limited. There were few hot dishes. The limited meat options included only cold cuts.

The hotel is near historical places. i could easily walk to the hagia sophia. The blue mosque was also within walking distance and the tram station of çemberlitas gave convenient access to other areas.

the kindness of the team impressed me, from the bell captain to the reception team. Halima, the service manager, and the team were courteous at every turn. the delicious Turkish and Azerbaijani cuisine was rivaled by the wait staff's expertise.
I found A layer of dust under the bed in the bedroom. It seemed it hadn't been cleaned for at least a week or two. this does not live up to a high rating.

The hotel offers beautiful architecture that I noticed immediately upon arrival. The bell team were attentive and ensured I felt very welcome throughout my stay. My room was impeccably clean. It featured plush furnishings. The rooftop restaurant wait staff displayed considerable expertise, rivaled by the delicious Turkish cuisine.
The breakfast options were somewhat limited, with just a few dishes. Not all appealed to my preferences.
