I appreciated the specious room. It featured detailed Ottoman décor. The Zeferan restaurant gave beautiful views from the terrace, where i had dinner twice. i was also pleased with the special cases provided for the towels. This show care.
The breakfast selection was limited. There were few hot dishes. The limited meat options included only cold cuts.

the hall presents with a very good taste. The spa promises a relaxing moment; it provides a turkish bath. The rooms were designed in an ottoman style, very elegant and clean.

The hotel is near historical places. i could easily walk to the hagia sophia. The blue mosque was also within walking distance and the tram station of çemberlitas gave convenient access to other areas.

the kindness of the team impressed me, from the bell captain to the reception team. Halima, the service manager, and the team were courteous at every turn. the delicious Turkish and Azerbaijani cuisine was rivaled by the wait staff's expertise.
I found A layer of dust under the bed in the bedroom. It seemed it hadn't been cleaned for at least a week or two. this does not live up to a high rating.

The hotel offers beautiful architecture that I noticed immediately upon arrival. The bell team were attentive and ensured I felt very welcome throughout my stay. My room was impeccably clean. It featured plush furnishings. The rooftop restaurant wait staff displayed considerable expertise, rivaled by the delicious Turkish cuisine.
The breakfast options were somewhat limited, with just a few dishes. Not all appealed to my preferences.
